Cancellations
All cancellations to be advised to our office within 07 days of order date.
Claims
All claims to be advised to our office within 07 days of invoice date. Please obtain ‘RMA number’ (Return Merchandise Authorisation) by contacting us before returning goods. Goods returned without ‘RMA number’ will be put under lowest priority. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without approval.
Pricing
Prices are stated in Australian Dollars and are current at date of dispatch of goods.
Overdue Accounts
No goods will be supplied, and a 15% per month accounting fee will be charged on all overdue accounts.
Shipping
Freight charges within Australia will be those current at date of dispatch of goods.
Orders will be shipped either by Australia Post Express Post or Toll Ipec.
Orders to be delivered to any country other than Australia are charged at Australia Post rates not including insurance and are very competitively priced.
